"Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in event of success."
Earnest Shackleton
This is good news, hopefully the result of regulators realising the Florida that people are attracted to and wish to visit may not be around much longer if development and water useage is not managed with the future in mind.
..........But the district adopted new methodology showing there "is not one more allocable drop of water to be had in the area around Silver Springs," Jones said. "This staff finding doesn't just impact Sleepy Creek Lands but impacts every water user in the area including all of the residents of the City of Ocala.".......
This is a very significant statement, I only hope it can be repeated state wide and not just in the St Johns WMD.
