Cave for Sale near Ginnie
It looks like the owners of Blue Springs, near Ginnie, are trying to sell their property.
The main spring is second magnitude, plus there are a few smaller springs on the property. Does anyone know about the cave there?
It would be cool to see this property get into diver-friendly hands, but it's a hefty price tag.
Anyone have an extra $10,000,000 to spend on cave diving gear? I'll get you a real good deal

Hell, if we could get half together I'd say make them an offer. I don't know if they are fishing w that price or are expecting to get close to it...
I paddled up to the spring a few months ago, when the river was high. It was beautiful and full of turtles.
Working on it, trust me, I am. I just might be down there a few years earlyer then planned and hope it does not mess my retierment up.

The broker has no info on the cave, except to say that 'it been dove by the best'. I'm still wondering if there is any going passage
From what I hear, no. It quickly splits off and terminates.
