I requested the image be removed as I felt my message was receiver loud and clear. One of the owners and also manager of the dive shop have contacted me and offered to refund the cost of our fill, make good on the gas credit and offer additional credit in future.

Just curios, what was the name of the dive store? Is there a new store in cave country?
Here's a play-by-play to (attempt to) clear this up, without trying to guess what anyone's motives were or anything:
A representative of a dive shop in cave country that is several years old approaches a cave diver and offers a discount fill card. Said cave diver goes to the shop and because of a misunderstanding, is told the card is worthless. He then throws the card in a urinal (hence the "Kohler" logo) and snaps a photo. Cave diver is contacted by store staff and the misunderstanding is cleared up. Cave diver contacts CDF moderator and photo is removed, but post is left as a reminder for shops to always take care of their customers.

Me too, but I've lived here for too long to expect anything verging on normal. I am pleased to here that it all got worked out without gunfire, drunken fistfights, or legal threats....
