Some sites are open longer then the dive hours. You have to be out of the water by 5 PM at most State Parks. Some State Parks won't allow divers to enter the park, to dive, after 3 PM.

State parks make you get out of the water by 5pm - don't forget and get screwed.

Why aren't our cave diving (and OW) agencies lobbying the park system againts this arbitrary time? Set a guideline and let the parks decide when you should be out of the water. (like 1 hr prior to their closing, or prior to sunset, or whatever!)
