    I've seen these in river caves along the Santa Fe. During the winter they were VERY cold, and had nearly the same degree of separation as what you'd expect in a halocline around Mexico.

    I have seen them in the spring tunnel in P3, and the waterhole passage in P1

    In addition to those already mentioned, I've seen this in Indian (Tallahassee) and Hole In the Wall (Marianna).

    HITW is a great example. When the cold pond water syphons in the warm spring water is pushed into the ceiling.

    Old Bellamy (includes parts in Oleno SP) has both cold patches on the floor and warmer patches above. Some places actually have a narrow band of clearer, ~72 degree water sandwiched between warm and cold. Many of these spots aren't trapped in domes or holes either; simply stratified, mid-water column.
