Diving Ginnie today i saw a wieight belt just before the lips, blue in color.
Not knowing if it had been dropped for a reason i left it. On my second dive it was still there.

Did you look up ??
Maybe they were stuck on the ceiling !
If they were they got run over by several DPV's.
