Yet you speculate! A corporation is obliged to perform in a reasonable and prudent manner which benefits their membership and the public at large.

I read my last post again and did not see any speculation within. I do think the proposed changes do not necessarily benefit either the membership or the public at large,Ken. That is an opinion, not speculation.

Frank, not to toy with you but if an "opinion" is not based on cited material or known fact it is then speculation. Because "you think the proposed changes do not necessarily benefit the membership or the public" does not make it fact. This is all moot anyway since the BOD, exercising due diligence is reviewing policies and procedures in its normal course of business.

To date, no changes have been made; if they decide to act, a motion, a second and the topic open for discussion is the time speak out with your ideas.

Aside from Ken's mischaracterizing my comments for some unknown reason, the BoD is giving this issue the due diligence that it deserves and I am happy to see that.
