Thread: Sink Clean Up

    Default Sink Clean Up

ASA Cave Dive Team Members Brandon Cook and Nathan Spray had the opportunity to give a local resident in the Crawfordville area a hand with a bit of trash removal. Steve Cushman and Lesley Rankin provided surface support while Nathan and Brandon hauled many years worth of debris up from the sink. This was approximately 1/10 of what is actually in the sink. The larger items (motor cycle engine, metal drum, more tires, etc) will require lift bags. There was no "going cave" in this beautiful sink but any day in the water underground and helping another is a great day of diving!

I've done this at another place and was amazed at what was thrown into and under the water. Thanks for your effort!
