    Default FS: 21watt Salvo HID

This light was a backup that was used occasionally only to keep the battery in good shape.

21 watts with ballast in can, sealed so even a canister flood doesn't harm ballast. Canister is 10" long. Burn time is 4 hours now, Nimh batteries might do better if used frequently. Charger is newer and has .9 and 1.8 ah charging modes plus a heat sensor on a magnet to shut off if the cells get too hot.

Would like to sell for $500 and will include shipping or delivery to dive shops in cave country. Click image for larger version

Looks tempting but still recovering from Christmas.

This is the light that convinced me 10 watts is not enough! The canister is on the big side, and it's not very lightweight, but the ballast in the canister does feel nice compared to the slightly bigger head on ballast on head designs.

Also I have learned to really appreciate the ability to change the focus on this compared to some fixed focused lights.

A new pack would give more burn time but 4 hours is plenty for almost any dive, and is comparable to what most of my other lights get, it's performing on par.

I am selling this to fund a big purchase that is still a ways off, if you were interested i can hold the light for you for a bit, but there always could be something better out there for you. UWLD lights are amazing, light monkey is similar to this light, bulletproof and the team there is great too. Dive rite are all nimh packs, UWLD and light monkey are lithium.

Benefit of buying used is you can sell it for much closer to what you paid. Buy a new light and you'll lose when you sell it. Don't even ask what this one cost new! And this one has been tested to Mainland, grand traverse, I think it's been to 170', it's been perfectly reliable.

You wouldn't be interested in a 96 Miata would you?
$1k+light=miata that runs and has new roof.

    Just throwing it out there.

No need for a Miata, could use $450 though.

In other words, I'll take $450! You just missed personal delivery to cave country this weekend, but you can still have personal delivery sometime next month, or we can work out having Big Brown, Fast White, or Bankrupt Blue drop it on your doorstep.

Perfect use for your tax refund!
