In the past, members that lived far, far away and couldn't attend but still wanted to feel a part of it all, have PayPalled me ten or twenty or thirty bucks and I have used it to buy last-minute items that didn't get chosen, such as charcoal or buns or whatever.

I don't think we'll be rolling in until after dinner... is the big meal going to be on the eve or day?

Looks like we'll be having the evening cookout Tuesday around 7pm, but will throw more stuff on the grill as people arrive late. Then Wednesday around noon we'll cook up whatever's left.

Seeing as your bringing this event to my hood I will take care of whipping up a batch of chilli and even take care of the optional more chilli. #29 and 29a if I've got my numbers straight. Will be served hot on site thanks to propane technology. Hope a good size crowd comes out for this event or everyone who does attend will be taking home a chilli care package!!!
