Why is it so Damn hard for our legislatures to say no to things like this? Run the pipeline through an area other than the karst terrain we all enjoy, what a shame.

Why say,"no". They don't have to say no to the other problems in north Florida which are having tremendous impacts on the aquifer, then why say no to this? There are some great grass root efforts that need support, but as long as they stay grass root, and not involve a large part of the population, nothing will happen. Unless south of I-4 has a concern, then Florida legislators are ambivalent.

The powers to be within our cave diving community were able to stop the big box giant..>Walmart from breaking ground over the Mills Creek aquifer; They should be contacted & informed lest they are already informed !

You know, if you back up 50 years, these same concerns were voiced when the state wanted to put in the highways that you are driving on every day. Progress is inevitable. And 50 years from now, people are going to be happy with access to Natural Gas, just like people are happy today with a clean paved roads that cut 60 minutes off of their commutes to bigger cities.
