FWIW, I did several rounds with the stick on and the glue in prescription lenses. Eventually there would be build up and algae growth between the mask and the lens.
I finally got a SeaVision mask and it has been working great for years now. Especially since I learned how to properly defog my mask after 30 years of divingApparently my spit ain't worth $h1+

You have to send them the mask and they glue in the inserts. I have no idea what type of glue is used.
I would only caution that over time the bond will break down and you will see algae get between the added lens and the face mask glass. It's happened to me with several different masks.
