Thanks everyone - all good stuff.

Funny, DiveConJeff about the jail walkouts down there. I spent the night in the East Pasco Detention Center during the days of my misspent youth, and it took a freakin' act of God (and a pile of paperwork) for this scared kid to get out the door!

IMO, when you ask an instructor to go thru 100, 500 or 1,000 log dives to certify a form for either award, you ought to say thank you in a way that means something. They are professionals working in diving for their living, so that means cash.

    Thought I would mention it.

Rebreathers are something that we have to go to in order to dive the way we want to dive. They are not something we go to for any other reason.

    Don
No worries. It was my privilege to sign off on your award. We still need to do the nest.

I don't know about the Shirleys, but I love scrapple!

Just had some Friday morning at our usual breakfast stop on the way back home from Luraville, Dutch Kitchen in Frackville, PA.

The Publix where I live in Alabama sells it, albeit frozen. But it's Haversett's so it's still awesome. I get the usual questions every time I get some....
