    Default Unknown tank - steel

Please see the pictures below i was recently given this tank by a non diving buddy of mine who found it in a storage unit.

I just had it hydro and passed, VIP and passed, from what i can read it says its a scuba pro tank, LP77.

Dont know to much about these, dont need myself, would be willing to trade for a AL40 for a stage bottle, or a AL13 for my drysuit.

I can take more pictures or i think the best way would be to FACETIME me and we can video chat and i can show you the tank.

I am located in Warner Robbins GAClick image for larger version

    LP 77 indicates a low pressure, 2400psi 77cuft tank.

Recommend you carefully remove the paint from the markings and write them here. Or, go look them up on the web yourself.

I remember a guy that used to use one as a deco bottle in the mid-90's when Little River was pumping. Those tanks have negative characteristics and he used it to pin himself to the floor to avoid being pushed out by the flow.
