ANTI-SOCIAL 2014 Marianna Florida, March 1-2, 2014



Florida Underwater Karst Divers invites all cave divers, friends and enemies to a few days of happiness and good food at Jackson Blue Springs- Merritts Mill Pond. We are trying to work out dates, for now we are looking at the weekends of Feb 1st-2nd or Feb. 8th-9th 2014. Cost is $0 and that includes BBQ on Saturday afternoon. Please let us know if you are interested and which of the two weekends is best for you. No logos, no associations, no BS , just cave diving , smiling , laughing , and maybe a little Roshambo .

Is there anything in the mill pond appropriate for ow so I can get my daughter in the water?

JB goes to about ten feet. It might be best to just let her swim around. I did ow dive JB once and was not happy as to how shallow it is. Twin is the same way and Hole is a bad idea.

Awesome spot to snorkel, crystal clear water, lots of aquatic life. You can dive OW in the pond but its all shallow 10' -15'.

Thanks for the info, do not want to conflict with any cave clean ups. SO FOR NOW IT LOOKS LIKE FEB 8-9 2014. We are trying to plan early to make this gathering available to as many of the cavediving clan as possible. Your feedback helps with this, thanks.

Sludge there you go adding definitions. Considering this gathering is once every 10 years we are happy to provide food this time around. Remember its better to give than receive. The base sentiment of the first Anti Soc was anti bs, just good people sharing good times. Since you are an original member of the Florida Underwater Karst Divers, no worries the food comes out of your dues....
