I have met Chris at the LDS a couple of times and I am in VB. I have a Mako and a H160 if he wants to check them out.

    I am interested!

Any pictures and burn time data for these battery packs yet?

How many of you guys really need a two hour burn scooter?
    Really?
That's 9000' penetration (hand on the trigger all the time, 150 fpm... not likely, I know)....and then back out.
    Really?

Multiple dives in one day maybe?

Ever do a shallow water dive?

    How about a RB dive?

I use my burn time on a regular basis. I also like reserve burn time, don't you?

Almost any type battery chemistry, especially Lithium if not deep cycled will last much longer. One big reason Hybrid cars batteries last 10 years or more is that they are never deeply discharged, my Prius for example will not pull the battery below a 40% charge. My Prius is a NIMH battery, and we all know that may not be the best battery chemistry, but if not over charged or deep cycled, it will last a long time.

Guys, this post was mainly to see if there was any interest. We've been flooded with requests. Obviously there is tons of interest. We're doing our research and hope to have some good solid data on several units soon. Right now, we only have solid info on the scooters we have done for our personal use.

Give us a little time to iron out any bugs, and we'll be forthright with everything we've figured out.

Did you figure out a price for a Hollis H-160 yet? I will be down that way in October if you need measurements.

    Thanks
