Solution: stay the heck out of cold water.

WOW!!!!!!111 another miracle cord. Thats all I heard was the orange cord was the best thing since the invention of canned milk. I had a new slimlime with the orange cord and dove it one time and saw a guy at peacock springs and he was going on about he wished he had one with orange cord as he had the gray cord. I said want to trade and we did and guess what? He has put his in the shop 3 times to have it fixed and I am still diving mine with no problems. We shall see with the test of time. But if my light needs serviced and does not need a cord then I do not want my cord changed. Why change what works?

Come on Joe...you're not allowed to say something like that until you're out there doing it with Colt and me. Until then, just refer to the "work dives" as Colt and Jay's normal dives

Joe, just borrow your buddy's light. If he's behind you he won't need it, it will only get in his way while he follows the line

Are you talking about the red cord on the HID lights? I just had my light head fixed because it flooded on the first dive. Dive Rite replaced the gray cord with the red cord and now the light works on the first dive but sometimes will not work on the second dive. If I do not use it for an hour or so or wiggle the cord around it works again.
