But you tell the truth, everybody can start his own organisation if they want and say you are instructor. GUE is started on the same way, they believe it can be done better than other organisations. That is how all organisations started.

PSAI? Never heard of it. CMAS seems to teach cave too in some countries.
I found WOSD too, anybody ever heard of this organisation? Seems that they teach techcourses too.
Padi has still no cave courses, only cavern. But has of course trimixcourses.

But if you come to a divecenter with your unknown certs, can you still dive on your level?
