Rest Peacefully Michael Browning
It is with a very sad heart that I write this. I received a call from Michael's wife this morning around 0800. She told me Michael had passed yesterday (May 01) after leaving the gym, and after a workout. Michael was found, by a passerby, sitting in his truck. My department and EMS arrived and attempted to revive him without success. At the ER / ED attempts were ceased and Michael was gone.
I called, who I knew, this morning but many I don't know how to contact. If you haven't heard yet I am sorry you received the news here. I will be working the next 3 days and will be in and out of touch. Michael's wife wanted everyone to know he passed quickly and peacefully.
Michael was a dear friend who lived just a few miles away. We river dived and cave dived together, and he has been know to tend my hose and talk with me on a small job here and there. We were planning a trip to Ebro and Hidden soon. I will miss him so. My heart is very heavy as I write this.
When arrangements are made I will update this. Michael has said he would like his ashes spread in the caves and I am sure some of you will honor that request when the time comes. I will speak with family tomorrow and provide any information concerning contact and arrangements.
