Absolute agree with other comments. A drysuit takes a lot of getting used to and you will make mistakes regarding control of bouyancy. A cave is not a place to have to deal with this. Another recommendation, consider getting a drysuit with neoprene socks and rock boots rather than one with fixed boots. This makes it much easier to limit the amount of air tha gets to your feet. It is not fun being inverted, feet up. That is a typical issue for new drysuit users.
