    Interesting. They actually mentioned cave diving and had a positive look on it.

    I am not sure the article is factual, I remember diving Rainbow River in the early 90s, well after 1986.

    Did you dive Rainbow Springs or the Rainbow River? The ban as I read it is for the head spring, not the river.

    I dove Rainbow Springs in 1986 as an OW check out dive. Not sure when they stopped it.

    Especially they use the more PC term "ecotourism". Having cave diving lumped into this is very helpful.
