Kevin, I am very happy you are feeling better!

Bobby and I have been on the Mediterranean diet for more than a year now eating meat only two days per week and the rest of it we eat veggie based dishes with olive oil, fish, salads, beans and pasta. He was complaining in the beginning that he will be hungry but there are so many snacks you can have: nuts, fresh and dried fruit, sesame bars, etc. He hasn't even lost weight!

I am really happy you are about to change your diet and if you need any tips especially for travelling while cave diving I will be happy to help.

On the funny side you gave me a perfect moment of: "I told you so! You need to change your bad habits" towards Bobby.

    Xenia,

Would you mind sharing your healthy snack ideas for cave diving trips?

So far I've done homemade beef jerkey (thanks Celia!), wasabi almonds (thanks Kate), and granola bars.

No damage to the heart itself. Not sure what the future holds dive wise, but dont be surprised if you see me diving soon.
Kevin - All the best for a speedy recovery. Hope to see you diving again, soon.

Glad you are feeling better Kevin. It's great that you have pretty nurses to look at to keep you entertained. If you come to the hospital I work at you will see mostly old, fat, and crabby nurses. Beware the old fat nurse bearing enemas! Get well soon.
