    Best wishes on your recovery!

Land of Enchantment -- not so great for cave diving, but mighty scenic!

    How are you doing, Kevin?
If anybody likes, we could start a new thread on healthy dive snacks. Kale chips would get my vote. Hummus, too or any other bean dip. Guacamole is another favorite. I also eat more hard boiled eggs than probably considered healthy but my chickens are free range, organically fed which is supposed to raise the Omega 3s.
Anything fermented-we ferment our own salsa, pickles, saurkraut.Eggplant treats- I live roasted, Asian eggplant with a bit of olive oil and garlic. I make homemade rye and wheat breads which are very good for lowering blood sugar/triglycerides. By using a sourdough starter, it makes them even healthier. Once you learn the technique, it's pretty simple, mostly takes fermentation time but no actual work time.
Anything from the South beach Book is good, there are lots of healthy snacks in there.
