    Default Kevin Carlisle

For those who haven't heard yet, Kevin had a heart attack yesterday and is at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL.

He is still in ICU this morning, grousing about it, and bragging about his cute nurses, so he seems to be better. He cannot receive calls, flowers, or visitors until he is in a regular room, which he hopes is today.

Kevin has been an excellent mentor, friend, and dive buddy to so many. Prayers and warm thoughts are welcome.

I'm very sorry to hear this and wish Kevin the speediest of recoveries!

This seems to be a sign that he's on the mend though.

What was the cause? He's not that old or fat?

Glad to hear he is alive, and even better that he is feeling well enough to notice nurses. Get well quickly Kevin!

Thanks guys and gals. I am ok, wish I had food but that helped get me here. I have ate tons of hostess products and that apparently along with fast foods has hurt me. Smoking didn't help but blood work shows my eating habits. Oh well, time to change things. I do know due to quick actions by the fire dept and myself getting them rolling I am ok. No damage to the heart itself. Not sure what the future holds dive wise, but dont be surprised if you see me diving soon.

You and me both, as long as the heart muscle isnt damaged and is functioning fine the odds of a quick and complete recovery are good.

Glad you're OK, I was asking about you yesterday on the phone with Ed.

I'll bring some very exotic ammo for your sig and M4 next month and maybe a can so it can be tested at the Mill Pond.

Glad to gear you are doing better Kevin. Keep up the recovery.
