3liter euro tanks

I have 2 white Faber 3 liter tanks with inline valves asking 300. They are Europeans with no dot numbers in them so from what I am told can't be hydroed or filled in the USA they do have a current hydro of 2/09. If anybody is interested in them I can send pics just pm me a email adress I am gonna be I cave country next week so there would be no shipping cost
