Several months later he told me he went through them and I was right - it was pretty cool, indeed.

This time of year at ginnie they are not well policing scooter divers so you can likely get away without the dpv card. FWIW while your plan does not violate your current certification you are rushing past the most beautiful places in ginnie to see what is really NOT that pretty just to say you went to the Hinkle. ... and by the way since I have an impression that you think it's me only wanna do it you're wrong , as me and my dive buddy have same desire for an idea, you and me know each other well and I'm very caution that it's a team decision and everybody has to be 100% comfortable with the dive, you also know my personality and that I can dive no further than lips and still have fun and enjoy time with my team so either we gonna do it or not its fine as long as we dive ! All I'll tell you is that if your a decent experienced, trained scooter pilot and your being led by someone experienced with the system, a scooter dive to the Hinkle isn't any big deal at all. it's gold line all the way isn't it?
