Found O2 bottles, local conditions

I have two O2 bottles I found this morning at PSSP, since I was
off yesterday I do not know to whom they may belong, there are no names anywhere on the equipment.
4 steps left under H2O at Orange, can see everything on the divers to the bottom of the sink, I dove Orange last week and the viz was great, low flow. Reports are P3 is still springing, high flow in the Peanut Tunnel,
5 steps under H2O at P1, still green tint to water, small boil on surface.
We rode the Harley to Little River this week, the run is clear 1/2 way back to the river, the bottom platform with 4 steps below it are underwater, reports there are 20-30 ft. of viz and REALLY HIGH flow, and Telford is HIGH flow with 30' of viz. All we have from the hurricane-tropical storm so far is a really nice breeze and big fluffy clouds.
