I ought not to drink while reading the CDF.

Poutine, for those of you who may be unfamiliar with this Quebec diner and truck stop delicacy, is french fries with cheese curd (kind of like soft mild cheddar) on top, and then brown gravy poured over the whole thing. The fries and the gravy need to be hot enough to melt the cheese. A heart attack on a plate! Yum!

MMM. In New Orleans we have a poboy called a junk. It's steak fries on poboy bread slathered in classic new orleans roast beef gravy with roast beef debris and mayonnaise. It may knock your arteries out but it's damn good. I don't think it's part of the Atkins diet that's for sure

I love poutine especially with added smoked meat. Anyone starting to sell that in the US would likely become rich!

Montreal smoked meat is one of the finest things on the planet. It's what pastrami wishes it was!

Folks from Georgia have a long history of being a little shaky on their geography. During the years before the Civil War, the Georgia legislature became so annoyed with the abolitionists in Vermont that they passed a resolution that a ditch be dug around the state of Vermont and that it be floated out to sea. Vermont has no salt water coastline.

I did a dive with Bentley today at Jackson Blue. Great guy, excellent diver. Dude, you need to send out a tour schedule next time.

But I have to wonder about the federal government (don't we all). Each state has a quarter devoted to it,and if you look at the Georgia quarter, you will see they left off a county. PS,give global warming enough time, and digging that ditch may be a possibility.
