Default Great encounter at Madison Blue Spring

My son and I did a dive at Madison yesterday. We met someone coming from Saskatoon; a very nice person who tagged along with us for the dive.

Cave condition was great and we enjoyed this dive very much. Bently (sic?), if you read this, please send me a private message so we stay in touch.

It was a great encounter...the Canadians took over Madison Blue!

It was a great dive, thanks for letting me tag along with you and your son!

Saskatoon, wow! Makes the 1490 miles I drive to go cave diving seem like nothing!

<----note the a avatar & location, but yeah it's over 2400 miles to High Springs. That's why I don't get here as much as I'd like too. And, yes I did drive from S'toon to Ginnie to attend the New Years social!

Just where is Canada, if not North America?

My best encounter at Madison Blue was one year when I went diving on 4th of July. A family there gave us a giant plate of hotdogs and sides. I don't really recall what the food was, maybe not even hot dogs, but it tasted great!

Land of Enchantment -- not so great for cave diving, but mighty scenic!

If it hasn't moved, it's about 65 miles due north of my house.

Some of Canada, like Toronto, is actually farther south than here, but the closest part of it is right there close by, so I can go get a smoked meat sandwich or some poutine whenever I want!

That bothered me for many years, calling ourselves "Americans" when there are millions of others who live in North or South America but *aren't* called "Americans."

Then someone pointed out to me that the "United States of America" is the only nation in the world with "America" it its name.

    So there.
