What are you asking? I donated $50 bucks back then, and just bought $50 bucks of raffle tickets, are you asking if the money we donated first to pay for the event should now buy raffle tickets, even though there was no raffle at the time?
All members of ASA can participate in the raffle unless you are currently sitting on the board. We were not holding a raffle in November. If you donated money then it would have been for the awards ceremony.
