A bit tired of ...
I'm a bit tired of every post about the NACD requiring approval. I have lost a great deal of respect for this forum and the deco stop for their obvious bias against the NACD and actions regarding posts respective to the NACD. It's time to stop the crap and give the NACD the respect it deserves. As always, individual posts can and should be moderated, but the blanket requirement is uncalled for.

In some ways, Skip, I agree with the mods. Every NACD thread has deteriorated into NACD bashing. Just check out the NACD Ballot thread on the Deco Stop. It's pretty sad.

Its a pain for the mods to check it so often, but it is working to keep crap off the forum... and to keep it civil... so the 'policy' stays.
Its kind of like seat belts... pain to use, but they prevent a lot of 'clean up' from happening... so buckle up and deal with it!

It's not the NACD threads that require approval. It's any post in the Unofficial Cave Agency subforum that requires approval. If you post something about the NSS-CDS or the NFSA in that subforum, it requires approval.

Too many folks don't know how to behave and too many folks think they know what is best for everybody else so additional laws and regulations are created every day.
Growing up in NH where we never had a sales tax, income tax helmet laws, seatbelt laws (Now kids have to wear them, but that is fine) etc. We realized laws cost money and if you are stupid enough to take yourself out of the gene pool then we probably won't miss you. Most crimes were addressed 'locally' and anything that went to trial was over pretty damn quick. A lot of looking the other way by authorities.
Like the Pamela Smart trial. Over in 14 days with life sentencing, no parole, the next day. That trial would have gone months in most states.
