Recall an ecological issue that occurred on the Flint River when Atlanta-Hartsfield airport had a freeze,and all the deicing solution ended up in the Flint river,but this can't be much worse than a municipality that had an opps,and dumped several 100,000 gallons of untreated sewage into the Flint.
