Really, I hope that's just a joke....and a bad one. Some of us out here actually appreciate all that nature has to offer. It's the faua-f*ckers that have a obvious disregard for wildlife that give me the creeps.

dont be scared. as long as i eat it, there is no disregarding anything. and the snake in question was a four and a half foot water mocasin that was in an area that small children play. if you think i should have done differently, ill call you the next time one shows up.

I fryed it, her acctualy. she was not very good. so I dont think I will be eating anymore mocasin. unless someone has a better way to cook.

I fryed it, her acctualy. she was not very good. so I dont think I will be eating anymore mocasin. unless someone has a better way to cook.

Cut it up into 6-8in sections, season, fill the cavity with butter & oinions. Then wrap it up in some foil and let it slow roast in some coals. Even water snakes will taste good if cooked properly; go to use low heat and cook slowly else you run the risk of it being a bit tough.

Did you Gut and shell your armadillo? I understand that makes it gamey,
If you leave the guts and just shell it then Fillet the meat off its supposed to be much better.
