Is the piezo switch a button that pushes or how does it work because mine doesn't move when you push it, but the light works fine. And will it work with gloves on

Pezio switches don't actually move and yes they work with gloves.

I would post some pictures of it but I don't know how to get pictures from my iPad to the forum, but I just did my first dive with it and all I can say is holy crap it's alot of light, I dove with it on low and medium power the whole time, I turned it on high a couple of times just playing around but didn't want to overpower my buddies so turned it back down

Here is a pic of various models so folks can see what they look like.

BTW the light comes with a manual. Most information that anyone needs about the lights is in the manual. One thing that we did forget to put in this version of the manuals is that the chargers for the Li-Ion batteries are black, the chargers for the NiMH batteries are green. All Li-Ion batteries are sealed in the canisters and the NiMH batteries are not. Please check to ensure that you have the correct charger color before charging your battery.

Also all batteries come fully charged. Li-Ion batteries do not need to be charged before use. The NiMH batteries should be charged before using them.

    Thanks,

    Bobby

Got mine in this week, light is very nicely built, and judging from shining it across the parking lot of my apartment complex - its bright - real bright. I cant wait to get back into the caves to try this thing out next month! The switch took me a second to figure out, but once I did everything works very well and naturally. I much rather this, and eliminate the moving parts. I guess I could have also just read the manual where it was clearly explained how to use it!

Well this may be a stupid question but what do you recommend doing with the li-ion batteries after you get done diving with it. As in charge it then or let it half charged till the next dive

Only charge the Li-Ion packs when needed. If you do an hour dive & plan to do another hour dive you don't need to charge it. If it is going to sit for a while and is down to 25% or less go ahead & charge it. The manual has directions for maintaining the different packs.

First test dives complete. Max depth 113' , temp 42 degrees. Worked with dry gloves no problem. Did change out the snap clip to a larger one. Looking forward to the warm Florida caves next weekend.

I took one of these lights on a cave dive back to Mainland @ Ginnie Springs....I was amazed at how bright it was. The light is also very rugged. I am thinking this will definitely be my next light. I am also thinking Cave Country Dive Shop will become a dealer for these lights.

    Excellent product Bobby!!
