    No, you are right. There is a capacitor, I think you have around 15 minutes or so before it resets.

    Until it will support a Fischer then I would have to disagree with you...

    I don't feel the need for integrated deco, so I think it's a great computer as is.

    Nope, the tissues cleared but the dive log remain even after leaving the battery out for 6 hours.

    Pretty sure you can clear the dive log with your computer, linked of course to the Predator. I think I remember it had some "dives" on it when new, I assume these were tests in a pressure pot, and I think I remember removing them with my laptop. You may have to do them one at a time though?

    Shearwater product support can help, I'm sure.

    When you delete in the laptop software, it removes only from the software.

    I've had Predator batteries go dead and sit for months - with no loss of anything other than N2 loading. Taking the battery out for a day, a week, a month isn't going to clear anything else.

    You are right, if you have version 46 of the software there no way to clear the log file. Shearwater tech support had me down grade to version 42 to clear the logs and that worked.
