Gather a bunch of like minded people who can get stuff done and hold one.
Its not hard, just find 5 or 6 guys who can talk, find a place to hold it, design a web site for the event, toss in a couple thousand dollars for expenses and announce the workshop.

Light monkey offered to buy a keg for those of legal drinking age! Yes I know this is north Florida red neck country!
We will have spaces for anyone who wish to bring and show off rebreather related equipment. Free of charge.

I am starting to envision a free gear swap day!!! A dedicated room, during an event where divers can put out their used dive gear and swap or sell their stuff!!!!!

A scuba swap meet would be a awesome idea!!!!!!!!!! I have stuff that I could sell so I can afford going with the 50watt HID instead of the 35watt or their video setup instead.

If all that is simple, I would hate to hear what complex involves!
Seriously, it is awesome that y'all are going to the trouble to throw this thing together.
