Beside the spring there appears to be a lot of acreage. What is the current use? I have never been there, someone said there is cabins but otherwise? Seems like a good place for an RV park, only 4 or miles from I10.

Sorry not a statement of fact but rather an opinion...i would suggest that it was alan greenspan and the fed that fueled the expansion of credit via monetary policy and his appointment was much earlier. Bill

Back on topic, anyone wanna show up, combine forces and funds, and bid? I'll throw in my (undisclosed amount of) cash for partial ownership percentage and opportunity to clean house. Maybe in time to host a halloween party? I can re-use my costume from last year!

    Oh, the irony.

what caught my eye was "the option of the 7800 sq foot main residence"...7800 square feet...I don't remember noticing a house on the property that large.

Seriously? I thought it was bigger than that.

The Dockery Manor is two story, has a huge RV height garage, and covered outdoor space by the spring... They probably included all of that in the sq ft estimate. Maybe they count all this? My guess is this will zero out the liens against the properties from the lowell kelley fiasco and allow the dockery family (or higher bidder) a fresh start. I wouldn't be surprised if they are circling wagons financially to keep the place, thru auction by clearing out debt obligation from LK to the county, etc. and good on them if they can.

LOL Ken, I would rather use 15MM of someone else's money.

Actually you are simply wrong referencing a starting pint is NOT bashing it is referencing a starting point, and quite frankly it was the smart move, what happened after that many many people businesses and politicians are responsible for from all walks of like and political allegiance, its the assumptions that you make after reading FACT with a hearty serving of emotion that leads you down that path and you yourself stated and I quote "Maybe I am assuming things and maybe not. But regardless, it still winds up with a politician being posted up unnecessarily" and that is a far cry from "gratuitous political bashing".

Its obvious that this is simply a waste of my time, if its not corrected (by you) consider this my last post.
