Beside the spring there appears to be a lot of acreage. What is the current use? I have never been there, someone said there is cabins but otherwise? Seems like a good place for an RV park, only 4 or miles from I10.

There's the Grandview Lodge, which is a 3 unit cabin on stilts overlooking the spring. There are also two bunkhouses. There WAS several brand new shotgun houses put along the "spring run" a couple years back as cabins, but last time I was there, they had disappeared(guessing not paid for).

Land use is mostly as a diving resort, but there have been efforts to try to make the place cater to ATVs and motorcross as well as paintball.

what caught my eye was "the option of the 7800 sq foot main residence"...7800 square feet...I don't remember noticing a house on the property that large.
