I'll echo that, and also thank them for leading us to a great cave today!

You're most welcome. It was a pleasure to share one of our excellent local caves with y'all.
And thanks to you for sharing the Workshop with us and braving the cold water to enjoy a couple dives with us!

That was fun, but can yall install that escalator before I come back? That hike up with doubles is a killer...Originally Posted by WJH

So what is the chance that we might be graced with a detailed report of what took place any time soon?

I'll type in my notes from my log book and post them later today... It might be missing the part about me being afraid of heightsOriginally Posted by DeWayne

LOL, afraid of heights are you? From what I have heard about that site, I bet that made for a fun dive. I was actually interested in hearing how the seminar itself went, perhaps a report on some of the presentations?

O... There talks were great.
Gene opened the show with a talk on Deco theory
After that, in no particular order, and without names, cause I am so bad with names:
Springs of MO (4000 of em) and their different types. -- Jo ?
Quintana Roo update
Blue Springs, Arkansas
Sump Diving -- Forrest
Canonball Cave -- Doug Rorex
Did I miss anything?
All excellent talks!

Yeah, kinda hard for a TAG caver to admit (but dry cavers that know me understand), yes... I am a-scared of heights. I will do a pit to see a cave, but not a cave to see a pitOriginally Posted by DeWayne
Vertical work is a tool to visit more cave, kinda like cave diving is a tool to see more cave...
I prefer to climb in the dark... could not go outside at the Empire State Building, nor get close to the edge of the Grand Canyon... I am a whimp...
I did ok in the Pit (it was dark to start), but when Slim & Forrest lit it up with the 18 & 21 watt HIDs, damn, just damn! I grabbed the rope and stopped where I was... "On rope" I was ok, but was not comfortable, so headed up and left them to enjoy the pit![]()

Thanks guys, for a great mini workshop, and great diving.
DeWayne, I even threw in a pic of you in your new "find". I didn't give out the location, thoughOriginally Posted by rblackburn
