I had a couple of those at Ginnie this past week.

I heard that Peacock is looking nice also right now - hadn't heard about either of the others yet though.

I haven't hit the water in 6weeks (summer). Kids are back in school. Man I need a dive!

Anybody got something good to report?

I know Ginnie is fine. But I'm hoping for one of those nice, long 2+ hour type dives.
    ***Hi Angie,

Read our comments in the 'PSSP' thread on this 'Main' posting board, where I referred to the beautiful conditions of Cow. ....Jammer also said he was impressed with the clearity of Peacock-! Little river was still covered half way up the stairs with river water {Dark & muddy} & Cathy said that Telford was receding but diveable.......Luraville wasn't accessable, but Bonnet may be good, if it is anything like what we had at Cow-!
    Hope this helps

I know Gary....but Sweetie you have fetus lungs. 8)

My SAC rate is about 0.7 working, 0.5 resting. Between stage and 95's I can get about ~90-110 minute dive out of Ginnie. Guess I'm hoping for some nice, shallow, low flow mellow stuff. I hear that Peacock is diveable (but lowered viz) doesn't bother me but I'm feeling greedy. I was hoping that someone had been there the last few days to report conditions before I make lodging plans for the weekend.

It's amazing what happened after I started yoga. I spent 3 years doing aerobic work to improve my SAC rate. Dropped caffeine. Worked on relaxation techniques, switched to sidemount, etc. After yoga - it dropped from 0.8 to 0.7. I think the poses open up the lungs and teach the body to breathe better.

Lots of guys take yoga classes too. But ya' know Gary and Moonfuzzy are the benchmarks. FW doesn't appear to breathe either.

    Spring conditions? Anyone? ??????

Never took yoga, but you have to work at getting a good SAC rate. Mine used to be high (we won't talk about when ) I had to concentrate on slow deep breathing. If I caught myself "panting" I would stop and control my breathing. After awhile, it just came naturally.
