To be honest Cayman is not really a cave diving country.
Enjoy the Kittiwake wreck and the North Wall dives there .... then pack your stuff and go to Cuba, Bahamas or Dominican Republic for same caving.
Feel free to send me a private message for some contacts, but again, the cave diving its not really worth it there.
Unless you just wanna tick off another country you did a cave dive in.
There is at least one good cave dive there, but currently access is a problem.
If there is anyone to contact, then look for Paul at Ocean Frontiers.
He is still there as of today and we did a cave dive on the east together.
He may be of some help. And I am sure he would be happy to get some info too if anyone knows
