I noticed the menu featured pheasant. Will it be under glass?

Or maybe it was a misprint, and he meant "peasant." Maybe Bill will be grilling up some of the locals. Yum.

I like peasant, I once bagged a tank stealer at Telford, and we smoked him till tender in a pit down on the sand while we did this long ass hairy stage dive, damn was that good right after getting out of the water, just incredibly tender especially the ribs.
