Default Lost LM 200' reel - Twin Caves

My Light Monkey 200' reel came off of its double-ender somewhere between the tree platform and the cave entrance at Twin Caves on the Mill Pond.

The reel has my initials 'MAS' written in white paint on both sides of it.

If anyone finds it, I'll trade the beverages of your choice for it back

PS--same thing happened to my LM primary reel at Ginnie Ballroom in mid-May. This one also had the same 'MAS' marking. I wrote it off as a likely pickpocketing at Ginnie, but now that it has happened twice I've moved these things to my butt d ring.

    Thanks,

    Matt

A video is worth a thousand words... Especially this one. Makes me smile out loud and feel bad for the reel at the same time.

There is at least one computer keeping your reel company, fell off the platform I was told.

Glad to hear it won't be lonely We dove Twin again today and did some searching after our dive. I didn't see the computer under the platform, but it may have been buried in the silt.

@darkdiver211 - thanks for letting Bobby and Edd know. I'm heading back to Ohio tomorrow morning and appreciate anyone holding onto the reel if it is found.

    Cheers,

    Matt

Sounds like bringing the metal detector to the mill pond would be a great idea!
