Interesting article. I am glad to see water management isn't declaring the drought over with and continue conservation,but this may be a tough sell when you have businesses in downtown Live Oak with water inside. If we can continue some rainfall throughout the summer that will sustain what we received,and reduce the irrigation needs,then maybe we will see sustained water on the steps at Peacock.
