The CDS has instituted some stipulations to avoid that happening again. They're kind of a pain (from my outsider view), but I guess you've got to prevent such a thing from happening again.
I don't think there was ever any jail time,just make restitution. You are right the CDS did institute some financial controls to prevent it from happening again,and those controls are still in place.
