I absolutely dont know the perp. I thought that was evident from the pm i sent you but i guess not. I am in no way defending the dive guide. I agree what she has done to everyone is wrong. I dont know her from a hole in the wall.

As i told tracy in my last response to her is I wont add anymore details about her cow dive. I will say those that are saying its unrelated and dont see the relevance are more than likely out of the loop on certain details and items.

I will say that its funny that in this situation and the situations in this past big guys like to stand up for tracy and say its not her fault she was duped. So if she was a man would you not at aome point tap her on the head and tell her to wake up? My suspicion is yes.

But i didnt expect the original theme of this post to get so lost so i guess any other discussions on this aspect of it will be held in private.

While I don't want to be a lawyer, I can read pretty well...and libel is a crime in some states...florida is one of them. It's not simply a civil matter.
Here is a reference for you which has the florida statue information for your reading enjoyment.

I'm not sure why this thread has turned into an attack on TracyN for diving cow and now knowing the difference between up and down stream. Did you all miss the part about theft and stealing involving a completely different person? Are you just striking out at TracyN because you are loyal to the thief or what?

Hard to believe Cathy at Dive Outpost or anyone working there would check c-cards and let somebody other than a full cave diver into Cow. just a thought.

Cavern divers are allowed to dive downstream Cow. It isn't up to Dive Outpost to require full cave, since they have no way of telling where someone will actually dive once in there.

Its hard to confuse downstream and upstream Cow since the opening to the restricted area is hard to find and the flow of course but is IMO unrelated to any thief allegations. I did read it though and saw the first name. Having met a woman with that first name recently at P1 I sure hope its not her but I have a good way of checking with a phone call for my own satisfaction.
