I'll contribute - the last time I dove OG we elected to do the Grand Traverse so that we could get out at P1 instead of scramble back out at OG.

Man, sure wish I knew someone with a heavy construction background to help out.

I'd have to look at it and see what's there to work with. It's absolutely doable, but I can't sketch it from memory. I'll get over there next week.

If it's of any help, I have an architect in town with me this weekend.

Last time I was there in April, I did a wonderful interpretation of a Beachmaster Walrus humping my way up that rock. How embarrassing....

I think they should just install 2 nice sized pulleys. If one can't figure out how to dive the site with them, then they can go to Ginnie.

sounds like if folks can leverage the construction guy and the architect friend to draw up some plans to take to mgmt then the rest of us could easily raise the funds for materials.

I've got an architect friend who has drawn up some interesting designs involving Florida nature and inspired by sinkholes, he says he'd be interested in helping.

Whatever you design, be sure to allow for ANOTHER 4' of drop in the water table. Or we'll be taking up another collection next year. (I'm in for $$$ too)
