I bought This scooter and have never really used it much. It has had one battery replaced in the last year or so and only used a couple of times since then. It pretty much sits in my closet and I charge it once in a while. It has only been used in salt water but was rinsed thoroughly by submersion in fresh water with the shaft being sprayed with marine Lubricant.
