Cave Divers in the Houston / Galveston area

My company just transfered me to Galveston. I call Panama City Beach, Fl. home as I have a house there. Are there any cave divers in the Galveston / Houston area who are interested in carpooling to Florida. I have the place to stay about 1-1 1/2 hrs from Edd's. I just need some help driving so I am not as tired on either end of the trip. I also have a 4 door F-350 so plenty of room for whatever gear.

Bamafan, I'm in the Houston area, and make the drive every so often along with a buddy or two. I know of one or two other divers on the forum that may say hey as well. Maybe we can start a discussion in the Texas forum so people that want to can sound off?

Actually now that I look at it, all I see is North Texas Cave Divers. Looks like that one isn't so much for cave divers who are from Texas, but more for people who do their cave diving in north Texas?

Im in Houston and make the drive out there several times a year as well.

There is an Atlanta group that has a FaceBook page and it's pretty active. You TX guys might consider that too.

I also live in Houston and am leaving on the 20th for some training and the CDS workshop May 25-27 if you are planning to go then. I have a place to stay this trip.

Greg... Feel for ya! I've been to nearly every other hell hole that we have offices in, but never Angola. Thank God! They even had me in Karachi and Islamabad just months before 911.

I'm in Louisiana on I-10, travel to FL fairly often for both OW and cave diving.
