How do I find a guide to take me into Wayne's World?

    Eagerly awaiting,

I'm sure Joe Tegg will chime in here but he can take you around the World...although I wouldn't count on being able to dive Wayne's World for another couple months...Once the rainy season is over wait another about 2 months and you'll be golden

Jay hit the nail on the head. If you dive it now, all you will be able to see is the line with 5' vis or less, and a blurring halocline throught the dive.

when were you diving it John? 5' of vis and blurring halocline is a good day at Waynes World even after rainy season

Just as Titen says, I can take you around "the world"... but you'll be practicing your line following skills right now.

I know everything else in Cave Country is blown... but WW (School Sink) is really touchy when it comes to daily rains. Your best bet for diving right now would be places like Manatee, Mill Pond Caves, and a few "off the beaten path" cave systems...

About two months ago Jay. Believe it or not, I have a kick-ass video I shot in there when the vis was at least 30' with Nick. In fact, he has the original digital tape of it.

Yea, WW has it's "WTF!!" days...

There was a day when it had rained for 2 days prior and I had planned a dive with a guy. I had warned him of the expected vis... He insisted..

I let him lead, since I figured he'd give up after about 5 mins...

Well we go in and "WHAM!!" the damn vis was like 50'. It was the best I had EVER seen it, except for one time prior...

We came out and he was like "that was great!, and you complain about the vis in there?"... I went back the next day ready to do exploration and it was 5'.

Oh well, that's part of what makes this cave so much fun...

Funny, Ginnie didn't even come to mind... That happens when you're a "poor" cavediver...
